Ingredients For slow cooker salisbury steak

  • FOR THE PATTIES
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    saltine crackers crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 4 clove
    garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • FOR THE GRAVY
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 pkg
    gravy mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme and rosemary
  • VEGGIES
  • 2 c
    mushrooms sliced
  • 1 md
    onion chopped

How To Make slow cooker salisbury steak

  • 1
    Place the onions and mushrooms in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • 2
    Mix all the ingredients for patties except the oil. Shape into four patties. Add the oil to a large skillet and brown the patties on each side.

    Place the patties on top of onions and mushrooms. Mix the ingredients for the gravy together and pour over the patties.
  • 4
    Cook on low for 5 hours.
