Ingredients For slow cooker pepper steak

2 lbbeef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips

garlic powder, to taste

3 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1beef bouillon cube
-
1/4 chot water
-
1 Tbspcorn starch
-
1/2 mdonion, chopped
-
2 lggreen bell peppers, roughly chopped
-
1 canstewed tomatoes with liquid (14.5 oz)

3 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 tspgranulated sugar
-
1 tt tspsalt
How To Make slow cooker pepper steak

1Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste. In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Brown seasoned beef strips.

2Transfer to a slow cooker.

3Mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved.

4Whisk in corn starch until dissolved.

5Pour into the slow cooker with the meat.

6Add the onions and bell peppers to the slow cooker.

7Stir in stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

8Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

9Cook until the meat and vegetable are tender.
