  • 1 lb
    flank steak
  • 1/4 c
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 3/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    grated carrots
  • chopped green onions for garnish

How To Make slow cooker mongolian beef

    Cut steak across the grain into thin strips. Place cornstarch in plastic bag. Add steak and shake to combine. Add olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar and carrots to slow cooker.

    Stir to combine. Add the steak and stir well. Cook on high 2 to 3 hours or low 4-5 hours. Until meat is tender. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions
