3 clovegarlic minced

1 ceach soy sauce, water and brown sugar

1 cgrated carrots

2green onions chopped

cooked rice for serving
How To Make slow cooker mongolian beef

1Put the steak and cornstarch together in a ziplock bag and shake to coat.

2place the remaining ingredients except the rice and green onions in a slow cooker. Mix well. Add the coated steak and stir.

3cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over rice and garnish with the green onions
