so many Italian beef recipes used packaged Italian dressing and I didn't always have that on hand. I came up with this years ago and it has been a hit ever since. You can also add red pepper flakes if you like a little more 'kick'

Ingredients For slow cooker italian beef

5-6 lbbeef chuck roast

2 Tbspparsley flakes

2 Tbsporegano, dried

1 clovegarlic

1 Tbspblack pepper

1 Tbspgarlic powder

2bay leaves
-
1 Tbspsalt

1 Tbspbeef bouillon

1 jarpeppercini with juice

6 cwater

2 Tbspbasil, dried
How To Make slow cooker italian beef

1mix all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on high for 5 hours or until beef shreds easily. Shred beef and put back into crock and cook an additional hour. remove bay leaves and serve on hard rolls. Top with cheese is desired.
