I'm not a fan of store bought meatballs, so I created this sweet & tangy slow cooker version using homemade meatballs. Preparing them in the slow cooker couldn't be easier!

Ingredients For slow cooker homemade meatballs

1 cmilk

3/4 cquick oats

3 Tbspfinely chopped onion

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tspfine black pepper

2 lblean ground beef

1 cketchup
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/4 cbbq sauce (sweet baby ray's)

2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed
How To Make slow cooker homemade meatballs

1Combine the first 5 ingredients. Crumble Beef over mixture & mix well. Roll into 1-2 inch balls & place in slow cooker.

2In separate bowl, combine Ketchup, Water, BBQ Sauce, and Brown Sugar. Pour over meatballs. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is no longer pink.
