1/2 mdyellow onion, chopped

2 cbeef stock, not broth

1/2 ctamari sauce

1/2 clight brown sugar
-
4 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbsphot sesame oil

1/4 tspred pepper flakes, or to taste

3 Tbsprice wine vinegar

1 Tbspfresh ginger, grated

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

sesame seed, for garnish

3Gather your ingredients.

4Add some salt & pepper to the flour, and place in a large bowl.

5Toss the beef slices with the flour.

6Add the oil to a heavy-bottom pot, over medium heat.

7Add the beef in batches to the pot.

8Cook until browned, about 3 minutes per side.

9Add the browned beef to the slow cooker.
