    beef shank bones
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lg
    onion sliced
  • 1 sprig
    rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • green onions for serving

How To Make slow cooker bone marrow soup

    Place the bones closed side down in a large slow cooker. Add 2 liters water, garlic, rosemary, onion and salt and pepper
  • 2
    Cook on low for 12 hours. Taste and season to taste.

    Place each bone into a bowl. Strain the broth and ladle in the bowl with the bone. Serve sprinkled with green onions.
