Ingredients For slow cooker beef tips

1/2 cflour

1/4dry red wine

2 tsptomato paste

1 tspworcestershire sauce

10.5 ozcondensed beef broth

2 canmushrooms, sliced, (4 ounces), drained

1/2 cshallots, chopped
-
4 lbbeef sirloin tips, cut into strips

1/8 tsppepper

1 tspsalt

3 Tbspflour
How To Make slow cooker beef tips

1Combine 1/2 cup flour with the salt and pepper and toss with beef cubes to coat throughly.

2Place in crockpot.

3Add shallots and mushrooms.

4Combine beef broth, worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.

5Pour over beef and vegetables; stir well.

6Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.

7One hour before serving, turn to high setting.

8Make a smooth paste of red wine and 3 tablespoons flour; stir into crockpot, mixing well.

9Cover and cook until thickened.

10Serve over hot buttered noodles.
