I love this little recipe that I made up about 8 years ago.It taste so much better than what you buy in the can.There,s just no way to compete with homemade recipes.Hope ya,ll love this as much as I do.

Ingredients For sloppy joe,s

  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 can
    tomatoe paste
  • 4 Tbsp
    barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 3 can
    water

How To Make sloppy joe,s

    Brown the 2 lbs of hamburger.Drain off grease.Next add in a small can of tomatoe paste 3oz I think.Fill the can up 3 times with water and pour into frying pan over meat and paste.Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar (sugar helps keep you from getting indegestion).

    Last of all add in 4 TBSP of your favorite barbecue sauce and simmer for 10 to 15 min.Put on hamburger buns or even plain old light bread,or any type of bread that you like.And enjoy.The little ones will like this recipe too,because it,s not too strongly flavored for them.Just right.
