Better than sloppy joes! Easy and a family favorite.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These quick and easy sloppy Italians are a delicious meal for any night of the week. The "sloppy" part is similar to a thick meaty marinara sauce. Ricotta, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses are combined for a creamy and cheesy layer. It reminds us of a lasagna filling. Then, melting cheese on top adds to the last bit of decadence. We served this sandwich on brioche hot dog buns for added richness. If serving a crowd, the recipe can be doubled or tripled.
