Ingredients For skilletburgers

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    fat
  • 1 lg
    green onion
  • 3/4 c
    catsup
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    green pepper chopped

How To Make skilletburgers

  • 1
    Brown meat in hot fat. Put onion and green pepper through the food chopper. Add remaining ingredients to the meat. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve on toasted buns.
