Ingredients For skillet meal

1 lbextra lean ground beef

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1 cwhole kernel corn, drained

1onion, sliced in whole slices

1/2 tspsalt

2 cdiced tomatoes
How To Make skillet meal

1Cook the ground beef, salt and pepper until beef is crumbled and brown. Stir frequently. Drain off any fat.

2Cover meat with corn, and top the corn with the whole onion slices. Sprinkle the onion with the other 1/2 tsp. salt.

3Add the tomatoes. DO NOT STIR! Leave vegetables in layers over the meat. Cook and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes, until the onions are transluscent. Serve from the skillet.
