Ingredients For skillet chili

2 lbground beef

1onion, finely diced

1/4 cchopped green bell pepper

1 (15 oz.) cantomato sauce

1 (14 oz.) candiced tomatoes, drained

1 (6 oz.) cantomato paste

1 (16 oz.) cankidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspground cayenne pepper

1/4 tspgarlic powder
How To Make skillet chili

1Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet; cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown; drain excess fat and crumble.

2Stir in onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste, diced tomatoes and kidney beans; season with chili powder, hot sauce, ground cumin, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.

3Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until desired consistency (at least 1 hour for best flavor).
