Ingredients For six layer dinner

  • 2 c
    raw potatoes, sliced
  • 2 c
    celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 c
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    green pepper, diced
  • 1
    15-17 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • green pepper slices for garnish

How To Make six layer dinner

  • 1
    Place the first 6 ingredients in order given in layers in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Salt and pepper each layer. Garnish with green pepper slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
