Ingredients For sister tooley's chalupas

2 lbground hamburger meat

1 lgonion, chopped

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 cantomato sauce, 15 oz.

1 cantomato paste, 6 oz.

1 canrotel tomatoes, 15 oz.

1 pkgtaco seasoning
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
pkgtoasted chalupa shells

1 canrefried beans

How To Make sister tooley's chalupas

1Brown the hamburger meat and drain the fats. Add the onion and garlic and cook on medium to sweat them.

2Add the can goods (except the refried beans) and seasonings, adding a little of water if needed. Simmer on low for about 30 minutes to an hour to combine the flavors.

3Serve on toasted chalupa shells, top with refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream and taco sauce. Enjoy...

4For variety, top some mixed greens, tomatoes with the chalupa mix and some sour cream, taco sauce and good dose of Cheesy Corn Chex for super taco salad!
