Ingredients For sirloin stroganoff

1/2 cminced onion

1/4 cbutter

4 ozsliced mushrooms, drained

2 or 3 lbboneless beef sirloin
-
1 can(10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 can(10 3/4 oz) beef broth
-
1/3 cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
8 ozsour cream
-
fresh parsley, minced
-
16 oznoodles, cooked
How To Make sirloin stroganoff

1Sauté onion in butter 3 to 5 minutes or until transparent; stir in mushrooms.

2Add beef and cook until browned. (Allow to simmer 30 minutes at low heat for very tender meat)

3Add cream of chicken soup, beef broth, flour, salt, paprika, pepper to Beef mixture, stirring well. Reduce heat; simmer 10 to 12 minutes.

4Remove from heat and stir in sour cream; cook over low heat just until thoroughly heated.

5Sprinkle with parsley and serve over hot cooked noodles.
