2-3 lgcloves of garlic, smashed and diced

1white onion, diced

3 Tbspolive oil

1 1/2 lbground turkey

1 cancrushed tomatoes

1 2/3 cwater

1 canwhite beans

2 Tbspchili powder

1/2 tsppaprika

1/2 tspcayenne

1/2 tspdried thyme

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make simple turkey chili

1Heat oil in pot over medium heat and fry diced onions and garlic until softened — then add in minced turkey, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

2Add in crushed tomatoes, white wine, and white beans, and increase heat to medium high — then stir in remaining spices.

3Once the pot reaches a boil, lower the heat and cover the chilli to let it simmer for 20-3o minutes. Serve chilli as is or cover pot with lid and store in refrigerator for remainder of week.
