1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 lbground beef
-
1/3 cdry bread crumbs

1egg, beaten
-
1/4 conion, finely chopped

1.5 cmushrooms, sliced
How To Make simple salisbury steak

1In a bowl, mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion.

2Shape firmly into 6 patties.

3In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties, a few at a time, until browned on both sides.

4Spoon off the fat.

5Stir in the remaining soup and mushrooms; return patties to skillet.

6Reduce heat to low.

7Cover; simmer 20 minutes, or until done, turning patties occasionally.
