This is my Mother-in-laws recipes, one of my husbands favorites. A quick simple, great tasting meatloaf; no fuss no muss.

Ingredients For simon's family meatloaf

1 1/4 lbground beef or turkey

1egg
-
1/2 cbread crumbs

1 Tbspmccormicks hamburger spice (grill mates), heaping

1 dashsoy sauce, (i use worestershire sauce)

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make simon's family meatloaf

1Mix in bowl all the ingredients with your hands until blended, put in a greased or sprayed loaf pan. -
2Cook for 45 minutes to an hour in a 400 degree oven. Or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
