How To Make savory sicilian steak

1Cut steak into serving pieces and pound thin. Mix flour, onion powder and salt and pepper, to taste. Dredge meat in flour mixture,

2Brown the meat with oil in large skillet. Pour off any excess liquid and add tomatoes, oregano, mustard, garlic and parsley. Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
