1Watch the video!

2Start with the sauce.

3In a small amt. of oil, stir fry the meat with garlic. Add soy sauce for color.

4While frying the meat, cook noodles in 6 C of water.

5When the noodles are nearly done, add greens.
Drain noodles and greens thoroughly. -
6Build dish:
a. Sauce on bottom
b. Noodles and greens
c. Meat mixture
