Ingredients For shredded pot roast

3-4 lbboneless chuck roast
-
1/4-1/2 cwater
-
1 pkgmccormick's swiss steak seasoning

1 stickbutter
-
1 lbmushrooms, fresh or canned
How To Make shredded pot roast

1Wash and place meat in crock pot(thawed or frozen).

2Pour water over roast.

3Put dry seasoning over roast.

4Cover and cook on high for 5-9 hours or until fork tender.

5When roast in done, remove from crock pot.

6Put butter and mushrooms in broth.

7Pull fat off roast and discard.

8Use two forks to shred the roast.

9Mix broth, buter, mushrooms and roast in crock pot.

10Heat and serve.
