Ingredients For shredded french dip

  • 3 lb
    beef chuck roast
  • 1 can
    french onion soup, condensed
  • 1 can
    beef broth, campbell's not swanson
  • 1 can
    beef consomme
  • 1 Tbsp
    beef bouillon
  • 8-10
    french or italian rolls

How To Make shredded french dip

  • 1
    Halve roast and place in a slow cooker.
  • 2
    Combine the soup, consommé, broth and boullion; pour over roast.
  • 3
    Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
  • 4
    Remove meat and shred with two forks. Serve on rolls. Skim fat from cooking juices and serve as a dipping sauce.
