I cannot take credit for this recipe, but it is by far the BEST one around...even better than any you could order.

Ingredients For shredded french dip

3 lbbeef chuck roast
-
1 canfrench onion soup, condensed
-
1 canbeef broth, campbell's not swanson
-
1 canbeef consomme
-
1 Tbspbeef bouillon
-
8-10french or italian rolls
How To Make shredded french dip

1Halve roast and place in a slow cooker.

2Combine the soup, consommé, broth and boullion; pour over roast.

3Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.

4Remove meat and shred with two forks. Serve on rolls. Skim fat from cooking juices and serve as a dipping sauce.
