    roast
  • 1 lg
    onion, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2
    serrano chiles
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    water

How To Make shredded beef for tacos

    Brown meat & onion in oil.

    Put into crock pot.
  • 3
    Use water to deglaze pan then put it all over meat into crock pot.

    Cover & cook on low 6-8 hours.

    Shred meat and serve on tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, ect.
