Ingredients For shipwreak casserole by eddie

1 lbground beef

1 tspbasil, dried

1/2 tspmarjorom
-
1/2 tspgroubd black pepper

3 mdpotatoes sliced thinly
-
1 15 oz cankidney beans drained
-
1 mdonion chopped
-
1 15 oz canmexacan style tomatoes undrained

shredded jack cheese
How To Make shipwreak casserole by eddie

1Brown ground beef, drain.

2Add basil, marjoram, and black pepper.
-
3Place in a lightly greased casserole dish.
-
4Layer with thin sliced potatoes, can of drained kidney beans and the chopped onion.

5Top with 1 can tomatoes undrained and sprinkle with jack cheese.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour take out of the oven sprinkle with more jack cheese put back in oven just until cheese melts. Serves 8

7NOTE: when you slice the potatoes put them in salted water.
