Ingredients For sheryl's southwest tamale pie

1 lbground beef
-
1 cchopped onion
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1/4 cwater
-
1/2 csoup
-
1/4 ctaco seasoning
-
1 canwhole kernel corn
-
1 cansliced ripe olives ( 2 1/4 ounces)

1 1/2 cshredded chedar cheese
-
1 pkgjiffey corn bread mix
-
1 lgegg
How To Make sheryl's southwest tamale pie

1In a large skillet,cook ground beef and onion untill beef is no longer pink,drain.

2Add cream of mushroom soup and water to beef mixture.

3Stir in seasoning,heat to boil. Stir in corn and olives. Spoon into a greased 2 qt. cassorole dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.

4In a bowl combine corn bread mix , egg, milk. Spoon over cheese layer.

5Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 min. or untill crust is golden brown. And corn bread is done in middle. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
