Ingredients For shepherd's pie

4-5 lgpotatoes

1 cbrown gravy
-
1 dashworcestershire sauce

1 Tbsptomato paste

2 Tbspparsley, chopped

6mushrooms, sliced

1 lgtomato, chopped
-
1 lblean ground beef
-
pepper to taste
-
1 dashmilk
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
salt
-
1 pkgfrozen peas
How To Make shepherd's pie

1Cook potatoes in salted water to cover.

2Drain, cool and peel.

3Mash in large bowl with butter, milk and season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Set aside.

5Saute beef until browned, stirring to keep meat crumbly.

6Season to taste with salt and pepper.

7Add tomatoes, mushrooms, parsley, tomato paste, worcestershire and gravy.

8Stir to mix.

9Add peas and cook about 5 minutes.

10Turn mixture into casserole.

11Spread potatoes evenly over meat.

12Bake at 400 degrees 40 minutes until top is crispy brown.
