This is my mom's favorite to make and now i make this every now and then for my family!

Ingredients For sheperds pie

1 lbground beef
-
6or8large potatoes
-
2 canmixed vegetables
-
1 cancream of chicken or mushroom soup

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make sheperds pie

1peel and cut potatoes(you can use instant potatoes if you want to make it quicker)and then boil them

2While potatoes are boiling, brown ground beef,drain

3preheat oven to 350

4When potatoes are fork soft,drain and mash them

5put the drain beef in 9x13 casserole dish, mix just a little mashed potatoes with beef
-
6mix the drain vegetables and cream of mushroom/chicken or both(sometimes i use both)pour on top of beef

7put the rest of potatoes on top of vegetable mix

8put in oven for 25 mins and then spread the shredded cheese on top put back in for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown

9cool down for 5-10 min and serve
