Ingredients For sheet pan cajun nacho's

  • 4 c
    tortilla chips of choice, i used nacho cheese doritos
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3 c
    shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 c
    heavy cream more or less for consistency
  • 1 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped tomatoes
  • sliced seeded jalapeno pepper
  • red onion sliced
  • fresh cilantro
  • black olives
  • favorite salsa
  • sour cream for serving

How To Make sheet pan cajun nacho's

  • 1
    Preheat the oven 350 degrees Place the chips on a large sheet pan. Brown the ground beef and season with Cajun seasoning drain. Sprinkle the beef over the chips.

    Place cheese in a saucepan. Add the heavy cream. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Pour over the beef. Place the nachos in the oven for 5 minutes until the chips are warmed.

    Remove from the oven and top with assorted toppings of choice. Serve with sour cream.
