4 ctortilla chips of choice, i used nacho cheese doritos

1 lbground beef

3 cshredded colby jack cheese

1 cheavy cream more or less for consistency

1 Tbspcajun seasoning

shredded lettuce
-
chopped tomatoes
-
sliced seeded jalapeno pepper

red onion sliced

fresh cilantro
-
black olives
-
favorite salsa
-
sour cream for serving
How To Make sheet pan cajun nacho's

1Preheat the oven 350 degrees Place the chips on a large sheet pan. Brown the ground beef and season with Cajun seasoning drain. Sprinkle the beef over the chips.

2Place cheese in a saucepan. Add the heavy cream. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Pour over the beef. Place the nachos in the oven for 5 minutes until the chips are warmed.

3Remove from the oven and top with assorted toppings of choice. Serve with sour cream.
