My personal recipe for good old fashioned meatloaf. It always comes out so juicy and melt in your mouth good. I always serve this with Sour Cream and Chives Scalloped Potatoes.

Ingredients For savory onion meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    lipton's onion soup mix
  • 3/4 c
    stove top stuffing mix
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1 dash
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium

How To Make savory onion meatloaf

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. You can substitute egg beaters for the eggs and add salt and pepper to your taste. I like to add a few pinches of garlic pepper and minced onions. You can never have enough onions!

    Shape into loaf and place in pan.

    Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Let stand for 15 minutes.
