sausage gravy shepherd's pie
Yummy, Yummy, Yummy I have Jim's Shepard's pie in my tummy. Wife loves Shepherd's pie but it was just to plain for me. So one day I added a few ingredient's and WOW the flavors just explode in your mouth. From the creaminess of the cream cheese to the sausage gravy mix and Italian sausage. On top of all that is the thick layer cheese with the Bob Evans mashed potatoes. Oh wow I have to stop typing cause I'm starting to drool. lol

5Whisking constantly, add the half-and-half (little at a time to prevent lumping) and cook until the mixture is thickened and smooth. (Whisking constantly is important). Note: If getting to hot, remove from heat, then return to heat.
-
6Add cream cheese and stir till melted.

-
10Pour mixture into a 9x13 lasagna pan sprayed with Pam.
