Ingredients For sauer kraut & meatballs

1 lbground chuck

1/2 lbground pork
-
1/2 cfinely chopped onion

3/4 cfine dry bread crumbs

1 Tbspfresh parsley
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1/4 to 1/2 tspcaraway seeds

1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 lgegg, beaten
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2-3 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1 can(27 oz.) sauerkraut, undrained

additional parsley
How To Make sauer kraut & meatballs

1Combine the first eleven ingredients in a large bowl; shape into 18 meatballs. Brown meatballs in a large skillet in hot oil. Remove and drain.

2Place the sauerkraut in the skillet and top with the meatballs.

3Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through. Add water, if necessary. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
