This is a Company's Coming recipe and one I have been making since 1989...yes, I marked the recipe and gave it 5 stars. It is delicious and we love it. I am making tonight for dinner so thought I'd post...will take a pic and post it later.

Ingredients For sauce baked meatballs

1/2 cmilk or water

1 crolled oats

1/2 cchopped onion

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 tspchili powder

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 1/2 lbground beef
- SAUCE

3/4 cketchup

3/4 cbrown sugar

2 tspliquid smoke

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 tspworcestershire sauce
How To Make sauce baked meatballs

1Beat egg with spoon in a large bowl. Add the next ingredients. Mix thoroughly and shape into meatballs. Place in a large baking dish or sided baking sheet large enough for a single layer.A roasting pan works good too.

2Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake covered in 350 oven for 1 hour. Serve over steamed rice with a nice green salad.
