Ingredients For santa fe soup

2 lbground buffalo,or ground turkey,or ground chuck.

1 lgonion

2 pkgranch style dressing mix
-
2 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
1 caneach black beans,kidney,and pinto beans.

2 canrotel diced tomatoes and chilies,chunky
-
6 slicebacon
-
1 lgcan stewed tomatos
-
1 canwhite corn.

2 canbeef broth, reduced sodium
-
16 ozbaby portebello mushrooms sliced
How To Make santa fe soup

1in a large dutch oven,(i use a cast iron dutch oven when camping).cook bacon till almost crisp. remove with sloted spoon,reserve. in bacon drippings add onions,and mushrooms,cook till onion is soft. remove and reserve. add turkey,or beef or buffalo. cook till no longer pink. drain any fat. add onions,bacon,and mushrooms.

2add taco seasoning,and ranch dressing stir to mix well. add remaning ingredients ,add beef broth. Simmer for 2-2,1/2 hours. serve with tortilla chips,garnish with sour cream,cheese,and chopped gree oinons.
