A great easy recipe. Its one that the whole family will eat. It reminds my DH of a recipe they use to make UNM with corn chips in it. Which give it a great flavor!

Ingredients For santa fe casserole bake

1 lblean ground beef

1 pkgtaco seasoning

2 cchicken broth

1/2 call purpose flour

1 csour cream

1 cangreen chilies

1 pkgcorn chips

2 cgrated monterey jack or cheddar cheese

1/2 cgreen onions, sliced
How To Make santa fe casserole bake

1Brown meat, stir until crumbly. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning. In a small bowl, combine broth and flour. Add to meat, bring to a boil to slightly thicken liquid. Sir in sour cream and chilies. Blend well in a 9x13 glass pan that has been lightly greased. Place 1/2 of the chips, 1/2 of beef mix, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of onions. Layer again with remaining ingredients.

2Bake Uncovered 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
