Ingredients For samantha’s homemade meatloaf

2 lbground beef

1medium onion finely chopped

3 Tbspketchup

2large eggs

1slice white bread, torn into pieces

1 tspsalt
-
3/4. freshly ground black pepper
- GLAZE
-
1/2 cketchup
-
2 Tbsp. dijon mustard

4 tsppacked light brown sugar
How To Make samantha’s homemade meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients; mix well. Press mixture into a 9x5 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes

2Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients. After 30 minutes of baking, brush some of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 30 minutes more. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Turn meatloaf out onto serving platter and spoon remaining glaze over top.
