2 lbpork, ground

1egg

1/4 cbread crumbs

1onion, chopped

1 ccream of mushroom soup

1 cmilk

1 tspsalt

"just a pinch" of pepper
How To Make salisbury steak with mushroom gravy

1Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, onion and seasoning. Shape into patties.

2Preheat a skillet to 350 degrees. Place patties in skillet and brown on each side.

3Mix mushroom soup, salt, pepper and milk together.

4Pour over patties.

5Lower heat to 250 degrees.

6Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until done.
