Ingredients For salisbury steak

1 1/2 lbground beef

1/4 conion (chopped)

1/2 cbread crumbs or crackers

1egg
-
1 pkgaujus sauce (prepare according to package)

1 pkgbeef gravy (prepare according to package)

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make salisbury steak

1Mix together ground beef, onions, crackers, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 Salisbury Steaks. Place into a casserole or skillet.(See cooking time below.) Combine AuJus and Beef Gravy mixes per package. Pour over steaks and cook as follows.

2If baking, bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

3Pan cooking, cook medium heat for 30 minutes.
