Ingredients For salisbury steak

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    water

How To Make salisbury steak

  • 1
    Combine meat, egg, onion, salt, ketchup and worcestershire sauce.

    Shape into 6 patties.
  • 3
    Roll in flour and brown in hot fat.
  • 4
    Place in loaf pan.
  • 5
    Add soup and water.
  • 6
    Bake 45 minutes at 400.
