Ingredients For salisbury steak

1 1/2 lbground beef

1 pkgonion soup mix
-
5-6shakes of worcestershire sauce

1egg
-
1 cbreadcrumbs or finely crushed saltine crackers

1-=2 Tbspbutter or oil

2 pkgbrown gravy mix, prepared according to instruction
How To Make salisbury steak

1In large bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, worcestershire sauce, egg and bread crumbs with clean hands.

2In large skillet, heat small amount of oil or butter. Form beef mixture into 4 large patties (you could make smaller patties and have 6 if desirable). Place in skillet and cook over medium heat, turning once, until cooked through.

3When done, place on plate and cover with prepared gravy.
