Ingredients For salisbury steak

1 lbground beef

1/3 cdry bread crumbs

1/4 cchopped onion

1egg

1 Tbspbutter

1 can(10 oz.) golden mushroom soup

1/3 cwater
How To Make salisbury steak

1Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion and egg thoroughly. Shape firmly into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.

2Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until brown. Pour off fat.

3Combine soup and water; pour over patties. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low.

4Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
