Ingredients For salisbury steak

1 lbground beef
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1/2 cchopped onion

1 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 csoft breadcrumbs

1/2 cmilk
- SAUCE
-
1 canmushroom soup
-
1 canmushroom-roasted garlic soup

1/2 cmilk
How To Make salisbury steak

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the beef, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Mix in 1/2 c. milk. Form into six patties. In a large skillet with a small amount of oil, brown the patties on both sides. Place the patties in a casserole dish (9x13) and cover with sauce (directions below). Bake for 45 minutes

2Sauce: mix both cans of soup and 1/2 milk.
