this meal is requested often in my house. I like to make mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and peas to go with it~

Ingredients For salisbury steak

1 lbground beef
-
1 mdonion-chopped fine
-
1 lgegg
-
1/2 citalian style bread crumbs

1 cancream of mushroom soup-divided

1 dashblack pepper
-
1/3 cwater
How To Make salisbury steak

1Preheat oven to 350'.

2Combine half the can of cream of mushroom soup with all ingredients except water. Mix well {I use my hand to squish it all together}

3Shape into patties. Place in a ungreased 9x13 dish.

4Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Drain fat off.

5Mix the 1/3 cup water with remaining cream of mushroom soup. Spoon over patties.

6Place back in oven for 10 more minutes~
