makes about 10 servings as steaks.. can make meatballs and place in crockpot after baking . Great for freezing .. we get 3 dinners now that Im down to 2 kids at home

Ingredients For salisbury steak

2 lbground beef

2eggs, beaten
-
1 cbread crumbs

1 canonion soup
-
1 cantomato soup
-
1 cancream of celery soup

1 canwater
-
flour
-
oil
How To Make salisbury steak

1mix ground beef, beaten eggs, bread crumbs and onion soup. (if to soggy add a bit more bread crumb)

2form into patties and coat in flour, in skillet with oil brown on both sides

3place in dish and

4mix tomato soup, cream of celery soup, and 1 can of water . Pour on top of patties in dish

5bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.. this is the time to freeze if needed... reheat in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until warm
