Ingredients For rueben dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    deli corned beef, chopped
  • 1 c
    sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 c
    thousand island dressing
  • 1/2 c
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • rye crisps or cocktail rye bread

How To Make rueben dip

  • 1
    Beat cream cheese,swiss cheese, & thousand island dressing until well blended.

    Stir in sauerkraut and corned beef.

    Place mixture in 1-quart crock pot on low heat for 1 hour or until warm, stirring frequently.

    Serve with Rye crisps or cocktail rye bread
