Ingredients For rosemary steak

4boneless beef top loin (new york strips) steaks (about 6 ounces each)

2 Tbspminced fresh rosemary

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspextra-virgin olive oil

1 tspgrated lemon peel

1 tspcoarsely ground black pepper

1/2 tspsalt

How To Make rosemary steak

1Score steaks in diamond pattern on both sides. Combine minced rosemary, garlic, oil, lemon peel, pepper and salt in small bowl; rub mixture onto surface of meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Grill steaks over medium-hot grill about 7 minutes per side or to desired taste. Cut steaks diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices. 8 points per serving
