Ingredients For rosemary steak

  • 4
    boneless beef top loin (new york strips) steaks (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp
    coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • fresh rosemary sprigs

How To Make rosemary steak

    Score steaks in diamond pattern on both sides. Combine minced rosemary, garlic, oil, lemon peel, pepper and salt in small bowl; rub mixture onto surface of meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes. Grill steaks over medium-hot grill about 7 minutes per side or to desired taste. Cut steaks diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices. 8 points per serving
