Ingredients For roast with mushroom gravy

3 lbbeef roast

1 pkgdry onion soup mix

1 canmushroom soup
-
1 cancola
-
1 canmushrooms
How To Make roast with mushroom gravy

1Put all ingredients in a dutch oven with a tight fitting lid.

2Put in oven at 350'.

3Leave in oven for 3 hours. DO NOT take off the lid. Take out after 3 hours and let sit for 20 minutes before slicing. Makes a beautiful mushroom gravy you can serve over mashed potatoes!!

4Note: you can double the gravy ingredients to make a larger amount.
