This is the most easy and delicious roast chuck I have ever made. My friend Linda is a great cook and she is the first one to make this. I then made it for my family and they went crazy! Believe me this is so easy you won't believe it!

4 lbchuck roast

3-4 cangolden mushroom soup

1 pkgfrozen pearl onions

1 pkgbaby carrots
-
1 lbbutton mushrooms

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

olive oil for browning roast
How To Make roast beef

1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper both sides of roast. Brown roast in olive oil.

2Put browned roast in a roaster that has a lid. Pour soup and worcestershire over roast. Add veges around the roast.

3Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until roast is fork tender and veges are cooked.
