bonnie's ritzy meat loaf
(8 ratings)
We really like this meat loaf. It is easy to prepare with no guesswork, moist and delicious, and it makes dynamite sandwiches the next day! I serve it with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. Sometimes I put a tomato glaze on the top. Served plain, with gravy, or glazed, this is a fine tasting meat loaf. I usually make two and freeze one to use later. Enjoy!
